@EvotelZ Hi. Our internet in Lenasia South has been down since Tuesday. There was a notification sent that it had been resolved, but that isn’t the case. I logged a ticket with you last night, & an email was sent back that the issue had been resolved (which isn’t the case) &
to contact my ISP. I contacted MWEB & they said they would contact Evotel as well, & Evotel will send out a technician & be in contact with us.
The LOS light on the Huawei router & the world icon on the Zyxel router are both flashing red.
This is an area issue.
Please assist.
@JHBWater Good morning. Is Lenasia South affected by the Rand Water shutdown affecting Eikenhof and other areas? Or is it affected and part of the reservoirs that have been opened and are filling in the areas of Ennerdale, Lawley, etc? Thank you
