This month we were pleased to host the annual Carriage Drive organised by the Sussex branch of the British Driving Society at Firle Place. This year was the Sapphire Anniversary of the BDO which was set up by Prince Philip in 1957.

There were 4 coronations in C20th & we were amazed to discover whilst researching our current exhibition #Crowningglory that the 6th Viscount Gage attended 3 of them! @ZenzieTinker & team did a wonderful job of conserving the gowns & coronets @EdeRavenscroft #PlatinumJubilee
