@FreedomMortgage On my last phone call with your staff, I was told the escrow balance would be paid into my US bank account on the 30th April. It wasn't. When I message pointing this out, I receive a response saying a check will be sent.

@FreedomMortgage Months & Months now, you keep sending escrow checks to an address where I don't live, despite me telling you, by message and phone, so many times that I don't live in the US any longer. You say on phone you'll pay into my US bank account but send another check.

@amazon Why do you, in effect, deceive customers? You sell products but no where do you say that they can ONLY be returned IF you have a printer to print the label or pay for the postage yourself. That should be made clear when buying items on your .co.uk site.
