On this day in 1945, Lutheran pastor, theologian and anti-Nazi dissident Dietrich Bonhoeffer was martyred at the hands of his Nazi captors for his involvement in a conspiracy to assassinate Adolf Hitler and overthrow the Third Reich. He was 39 years old.
LWF calls for global solidarity with the affected people of Ukraine, including those who have been displaced and require urgent humanitarian assistance.

Testing and tuning continues on this beautiful new instrument! This morning they were testing some of the highest notes it will make and by themselves it was shrill! We are still a couple weeks away from hearing the full effect, but every sound this machine makes is captivating!
