Our thoughts are with the communities affected by the widespread flooding in Central and South Texas. As the public safety network provider we are dedicated to keeping first responders connected.

The FirstNet Response Operations Group (ROG) is on the ground assisting first responders with their critical connectivity needs and has deployed dedicated FirstNet portable cell sites at public safety’s request.

FirstNet liaisons are also in contact with federal, state and local officials and the team is prepared to deploy additional dedicated FirstNet assets at the request of public safety to further support their emergency communications as needed.

For personal accounts, eligible responders can also add family lines through FirstNet and Family, but those family lines use the AT&T network—not the FirstNet core.
