This year’s theme is “Community”. A perfect fit for today, as we saw people coming together to connect, find support, and discover the brilliant resources available around them❤️🧠
This week is #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and this year, we are focusing on "Community."
It's through honest conversations like these where we can create a true wellbeing exchange and support each other better.
