Day 7.
first post did 13k views. second one is out.
spent tonight defining the second account: same emotional mechanics, different format.
the content machine has a library now. the accounts just pull from it.
Day 6.
the machine shipped its first post tonight.
wrote the script, generated the assets, published in under 10 minutes.
zero design work. zero editing.
now it just needs to run every day for 90 days.
Day 5.
spent the evening building the content machine for Betwn. write once, generate a full batch, post daily.
the pipeline is the moat now.
first post drops tonight.
Day 4.
warming up two tiktok accounts before the first post. 15 min a day of scrolling the niche, saving every slideshow that prints.
also locked the mvp spec: 12 onboarding screens, hard paywall, and one screen that matters more than everything else; the verdict.
the app reads your argument. the verdict settles it.
build starts this weekend.
Day 3.
spent the evening designing the tiktok format for Betwn.
the rule we landed on: the app never interrupts the story. it resolves it.
no "download my app" slide. the conversation just... continues, and the verdict is what happens next.
if they have to ask "what's the app?" in the comments, we did it right.
Day 2.
picked the niche: relationships.
the idea: you upload screenshots of your argument, AI reads both sides and tells you what's actually going on + what to reply.
ran 3 real conversations through it today. honestly it caught stuff I didn't see myself.
calling it Betwn.
distribution first, product second.
This week I watched 3 of my ideas get shipped by other people while I hesitated.
then I shipped a site in one night. 4 views. lesson: product was never the problem. distribution is.
so, day 1: building a mobile app in public, from zero followers to (hopefully) revenue.
everything documented. numbers included.
Shipped https://t.co/qURRuYbgLm in one night. one spot for the entire internet —
you're the king or you're nothing.
result: 4 views. $1 revenue (me, testing).
meanwhile outbid made $100k with the same-week idea.
the difference wasn't the product. it was 30 followers vs 30,000.
lesson learned. building the audience BEFORE the next wave.
