@ITAAirways I have also called multiple times with poor customer service and extreme difficulty with translation. The representatives hang up if they decide they don’t want to help me. I even asked to book a ticket over the phone and the lady just hung up on me.

@ITAAirways my family flew to Rome on Sunday but we had to purchase a separate ticket in addition to my wife’s original ticket because her name on her passport did not match the ticket. Our return flight was cancelled and we must purchase a new ticket.

There may have been a misunderstanding. The tickets were cancelled and I’m asking if ita airway is able to provide a discount code for us. We paid over $1500 for the original flights that are not eligible for refund. And I must purchase another ticket of $1153 home.
