Administrators who are unsuccessful, are so because they don't make relationships & staff morale a priority. Even if you didn't need a pat on the back doesn't mean it's not effective. Support, encourage, and appreciate your staff. Affirmation is the language of most teachers!

What a year! We went from teachers deserve a million dollars, to parents saying they should get paid for helping their child at home, to teachers are paid to do nothing but sit at home. There's no other profession attacked like teachers. Yet, they keep on giving their all.
