I am posting this publicly because X Support has stopped responding entirely.
Despite submitting multiple tickets and emails since late August—
and receiving a case number on September 6th—
I have never received a single follow-up regarding the restoration of my account @MEBALEON, which is vital to my business and community.
On November 2nd, I sent another detailed inquiry.
Again, no reply.
This silence is unacceptable for a paid X Premium subscriber and a long-time user whose account was wrongfully suspended without clear explanation.
I am now forced to publicly state that if there is no response or action within a reasonable timeframe,
I will be taking formal legal steps to protect my business, my followers, and my rights as a paying customer.
I sincerely hope this matter is resolved immediately and professionally.
