@Josh_Rodriguez_ It’s not intelligent, it’s not original, and it’s not correct. At the very least, it shows a lack of understanding of how the U.S. government works. Passing legislation requires compromise and working with others.
@Graham_Couch As long as Izzo is around, I’ll stay plugged into college basketball. But at what point do we admit college sports are beyond repair unless drastic changes are made soon? I’ve barely watched college football this season.
@BroncosOutside Hasn’t Cam Smith sort of signaled that he’s staying for LIV 2.0? I think Niemann is gone, especially with Sergio out of the league now.
@BrianKirschner_ I agree. It’s one of the more bizarre decisions I’ve seen an athlete make. Rahm never struck me as someone motivated purely by money or someone who wanted to play less golf.
@HTownSpartan06@OdellBretthamJr Look at The Athletic article. It gives a clear range of their NIL spending. They’re middle tier in the Big Ten financially but performing like a bottom-tier program. That has a lot to do with coaching instability and difficulty retaining players when the program has no momentum.
@Luke_Elvy Big business has no idea what fans want. Outside of the Ryder Cup, who really cares about team golf? There are plenty of team sports already. Golf’s individual competition is what makes it compelling.
