The Politician That Oversaw The Grooming Gang Cover Up In Oldham Is Now Prime Minister

Operation Hexagon was a joint Greater Manchester Police and Oldham Council operation, involving Labour Party politicians, council officers and the mainstream media that went after myself and the others who refused to remain silent to the cover up of the gang rape of children.

It was a Gold Command police operation. This is the kind launched in response to terrorist attacks. It was launched instead against the people exposing the grooming gangs. Instead of going after those involved in trafficking children, they hunted the whistleblowers.

Operation Hexagon was launched under the oversight of the man who is now Prime Minister. Andy Burnham was police and crime commissioner of Gtr Manchester at the time. And his involvement goes further. His so-called assurance reviews. Not investigations, Assurance Reviews, were the cover-up of the cover-up, protecting the very people who made the decisions to look the other way.

For three years Andy Burnham sat on the findings of his sham of a review in Oldham whilst his Labour colleagues branded us racists and far-right activists and tried to kill any prospect of a national inquiry. I spent most of those years on police bail after being falsely arrested by Greater Manchester Police for crimes that I did not commit, and then falsely charged by the Crown Prosecution Service to try and prosecute me by putting me in front of a judge and denying me a jury.

That they failed was only due to the grace of God and a small army of mainly elderly supporters who attended every hearing and packed out the public gallery and the waiting rooms outside.

Not one mainstream media channel will share the story of what took place to force the national inquiry. Likewise, as you can all see for yourselves now, not one political party will confront Andy Burnham over Operation Hexagon. Not Reform. Not Restore. Not the Conservatives. None of them. Which is why it is left to us.

We got this far because ordinary people refused to stay silent to an atrocity. And be in no doubt that what took place is an atrocity.

No political party funds my work. No institution stands behind it. And no mainstream media channel dare interview me despite Queen Elizabeth II putting a medal on my chest.

THE RAPE GANG COVER-UP HAS REACHED DOWNING STREET
Andy Burnham is Prime Minister. He arrived at Number 10 carrying nine years of Greater Manchester with him where he was never a spectator to the rape gang cover-up. His administration commissioned assurance reviews that assisted public officials conceal the abuse of children, and where the most dangerous questions stayed safely out of reach.

Under Burnham's watch survivors across Greater Manchester were abandoned. Whistleblowers had their homes raided by his police force while the men responsible for the cover up of the gang rape of children kept their positions, pensions and their reputations.

Operation Hexagon is real and no mainstream media blacklist will prevent the truth from coming out. Burnham becoming the most powerful politician in Britain makes no difference to us. A change of address erases nothing.

The statutory inquiry in to what is now accepted as the cover up of the industrial scale gang rape of little White girls by gangs of predominantly Pakistani men must call him to testify. That he holds the position of Prime Minister should not shield him. This is the man who ran Greater Manchester while the cover-up held. And had it not been for us, this cover up would have succeeded.

For eight years this campaign has confronted council leaders, police chiefs and government ministers. Three Labour council leaders are gone because ordinary people stood their ground. During this time, we have also forced a national inquiry. The fight now reaches Downing Street.

These kinds of freedoms for ‘less capable’ people because they have ‘less of an ability to regulate themselves’ tend towards creating more individual and social disorder, the trade-offs in the immaterial affording of more individual liberty leads to a spiralling in the real material world. Conversely, a high-functioning savant can be given more creative freedom (maybe even to be ‘blasphemous’) and it can be trusted that the pay-off in terms of the value of their output or ‘human dignity-wise’ how much ‘freedom’ the savant is given is worth it, worth accommodating. This person might find certain social conventions that ‘less capable’ people need in order to self-regulate stupid or suffocating - so it might be cruel to always hold him to them in the same way you would the ‘less capable’.

Here are some obvious examples of ‘rules’ that can either be either necessary or unreasonably stifling depending contextually on who they are applied to:

Drug Laws - a basic but good example of this. An ‘130IQ+ Anglo’ who ‘does’ eg weed or coke can *generally* handle that use in a more ‘serious consequence-free’ way than the ‘less capable’. The ‘less capable’ *generally* has a more addictive personality, less impulse control, is more self-destructive etc. But the ‘universal law’, or more broadly a universalising moral code, prosecutes both equally in a way that is not in alignment with the disparate, real world consequences of the two different persons using drugs. This isn’t to endorse drug use, just to say that the two outcomes if it does happen are demonstrably different in kind.

Road Rules - both as a pedestrian and a driver a ‘130IQ+ Anglo’ is *generally* going to be more able to be trusted to be responsible. They can drive above a speed limit faster than someone less capable with less incident, they can judge better when it is safe to walk across roads without the use of traffic lights etc. The ‘less capable’ person is more likely to make worse judgements, involve themselves in more accidents. While road regulations cause inconvenience for more capable road users they are a necessary lowering down because without them lower capability road users would create a magnitude more problems.

Social Trust - standards of decorum, respect for others in the public space *generally* (but not always) track the average quality of a society’s human capital. The lower it is the more often *generally* you will have to use different kinds of incentives (including force and prosecution) to maintain high levels of public decorum. This includes more obvious problems like littering, politeness, security etc. but also less obvious problems like corruption.

‘-but for 130IQ+ Anglos’ is the (meme) claim that different kinds of rules and regulations can be more or less destructive depending on who they are for. If you still want to insist on a universal law ‘for fairness’ sake’, (this is a strong moral argument) the more ‘130IQ+ Anglo-like’ a population is generally the more liberal and flexible it can be in that law.

WHAT IS ‘LIBERALISM BUT ONLY FOR 130IQ+ ANGLOS’?

When we talk about ideology, policy, legal and moral laws etc. we normally do not distinguish between the kinds of people we apply these laws to. A law is always implicitly a universal law meant to be indiscriminately in force for everyone. One problem in this is that because society is constituted by many groups with differing levels of ability any law we are forced to create to regulate the behaviour of ‘less capable’ individuals or groups can become, when applied universally, burdensome or stifling for ‘more capable’ groups. Many kinds of extant political problems vanish if we acknowledge that universal law doesn’t really work in societies where people have radically different levels of ability, taste and in-group biases. It is important to respect some level of human dignity and not be blanket ‘unreasonably callous’ towards the ‘less capable’ with eg tiered laws that flagrantly afford some people more privileges and rights than others - this can create a lot of resentment - but the inverse is that if there is never any discrimination the result can be a unfair levelling down to accommodate the (more individually and socially destructive) behaviours of the ‘less capable’ groups. The claim here is one about the material reality of human capital, not an ideological one or one about the metaphysical existence of ‘moral laws’.

A 130IQ+ Anglo is a kind of hypothetical ‘mostly competent’ moral agent who among other qualities can *generally* eg be trusted to behave well, not engage in individually or socially destructive behaviours, be knowledgable, fair, rational (less Djinnbrained), high agency and amicable and open, not unduly ‘closed-off’ but still firm where required. You can find a similar ‘hypothetical perfect agent’ concept in Aristotle’s Virtuous Man - ‘Arete’ (excellence) in ‘Haxis’ (disposition) - or in Confucius’ ‘Junzi’ (君子) (trans. person of high stature, superior person, gentleman). In many of the major Enlightenment and Early Modern liberal texts by eg Locke, Paine, Jefferson, Mill etc. there is arguably a tacit assumption that when we talk broadly about affording more liberal rights to people we are generally talking about a person with these qualities who can *generally* handle these freedoms more responsibly, ie like the authors of these texts themselves. The Enlightenment and its consequences become much more attractive if considered as ‘The Enlightenment but only for 130IQ+ Western Europeans’ in this way.

RE specifically ‘Liberalism but only for 130IQ+ Anglos’, implicit in that is the idea that certain kinds of more broadly ‘competent’ groups can handle greater levels of personal freedoms and forms of self-expression while still being able to sustain what Rawls called a ‘Well-ordered (Well-functioning) Society’. In particular, WEIRD Western Europeans high in traits like Universalism, Individualism, Openness etc. by their natural faculties and disposition can generally handle ‘more liberalism’ than can a society with lower IQ, more tribalisms etc. - which in order to be ‘Well-functioning’ or at least Basically Fine relative to their native standards generally need more kinds of broadly conservative / authoritarian cultural and legal interventions to keep them ‘high level’. That is, you might generally need more controls on freedom of expression, sex relations, corruption and nepotism, personal expression in conduct, fashion, art, religion, new ideas and innovations etc. etc.

Why Will The Media Not Ask Andy Burnham About Operation Hexagon?
There is an operation Greater Manchester Police will not name. The press will not name it either. It has a name. Operation Hexagon.

A police operation was built to hunt the people who exposed the rape of children in Oldham. The man who held authority over it is walking towards Downing Street.

They Built An Operation To Hunt The Whistleblowers
Operation Hexagon was a joint enterprise between Greater Manchester Police, Oldham Council and Labour Party politicians. The grooming gangs were never its target. Neither were the men who shielded them. The machinery was aimed at the whistleblowers, and at the ordinary people who dared to ask how children came to be raped in Oldham.

Read that back slowly. A police force and a political party, working in concert, turned on the citizens who demanded accountability. The abusers were left untouched. The people exposing them were placed under the lens.

I can speak to Hexagon because Hexagon came for me.

Officers were sent to build cases against me that had no foundation. They repeatedly raided my house at dawn. The Crown Prosecution Service was turned into an instrument for manufacturing evidence to put me in the dock. Every charge collapsed. Every allegation was dismissed.

That is what an official police operation was made into. A machine for assembling false cases against a man whose only offence was refusing to look away while children were raped.

The Authority Ran Straight To Andy Burnham
Hexagon did not run in a vacuum. It ran under a chain of command, and that chain ends at Andy Burnham.

As Mayor of Greater Manchester, Burnham holds the powers of the police and crime commissioner. He has held authority over Greater Manchester Police since 2017. Oldham is the epicentre of the scandal and the focus of Hexagon, and Oldham sits inside his remit. An operation of this kind, run in his force, in his region, against the critics of a cover up, does not happen beyond the reach of the man who commands the force.

He has never answered for it. He stood in election after election and said nothing. The silence of the man who held the authority is itself the answer.

They Buried The Whole Thing

You have not read about Operation Hexagon in your newspaper. That is by design.

Freedom of Information requests are refused with practised ease. The press that rushes to report every other case of police misconduct keeps its distance from this one. An operation confirmed to exist is reported as though it never happened. The blackout is the cover up that guards the cover up.

The Man Who Oversaw It Is Walking Into Downing Street
Here is why this matters now beyond anything it mattered before. Andy Burnham is on the road to Number Ten. The man who held authority over a police operation aimed at the whistleblowers of a child rape scandal is about to become the most powerful figure in the country.

Operation Hexagon should have finished his career. It has been allowed to sit as a footnote that no one in Westminster and no one in the press will read aloud.

Which is why it is left to us.

Imagine this, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom dragged kicking and screaming in front of a national inquiry into the cover up of the Pakistani Rape Gangs where he is forced to testify under oath and defend his own actions.

Despite Burnham's efforts to help hide what took place, we forced a national inquiry. Whilst previously defending the robustness of his now exposed cover up, Burnham is now trying his best to rewrite the truth of what he really did.

Unfortunately, as of yet, the national inquiry will not investigate Burnham or his actions and his deceit will go unchallenged. We hope to change this before the investigation starts in Oldham.

Once Burnham is in Downing Street, the pressure to protect him will be immense. The institutions that failed these girls will try everything possible not to hold a PM accountable. Much of the press will look away, as always. This is why it is up to us to carry the truth.

Which is why I'm turning this community of readers into something more than what I can manage on my own. We need to grow and become an independent investigative outlet with:
