Official campaign of the fishing industry. To ensure restoration of national control of all waters & resources coupled with a decent future UK fisheries policy.

Really..!? so @theresa_may, Olly Robbins, FBPE & a heap of the establishment doing everything to thwart Brexit was all our imaginations...please!
Point stands, systems should have been run up, staff recruited & practiced
That we'd be a 3rd countrys been clear for 18month
This is just rubbish. There is no anti-Brexit establishment dragging their heels. Let’s start with simpler explanations. 1. Exact deal and process agreed late. 2. Things are far more complex in practice than anticipated, and 3. Many on all sides are still learning.

@john_lichfield No Brexiteers dismissed perceived changes
NTBs & Tarriffs were easily manageable & a change worth paying, being heavily outweighed by independence & freedom from the CFP
That officialdom had 4.5yrs to prepare & yet some systems aren't working is the problem - not Brexit itself
It ISN'T British independence causing seafood trade disruption
Ports are moving fine (despite dire predictions) but why, after 4 YRS, has there been a failure to recruit enough health officers & test IT systems?!
Anti-Brexit establishment heel dragging?

The Brexit war is not over. To down arms now would be to fail to get the job done.
The Union of the United Kingdom is threatened, our coastal communities have been betrayed and we do not have unfettered control of our laws.
We must fight on. https://t.co/MbtEgSiG7c
@john_lichfield Quite simple.
A Remain establishment has done bugger all to prepare
and particulalrly in #SNP administration they are being zealous beyond what's required on checks ripping whole lorry loads apart.
Tell us how over half UK exports manage to the rest of the world on WTO...?
Disgrace what's happening to Scots seafood shipments!
Nothing to do with Brexit- huge volumes go to the rest of the world on WTO
Everything to do with a Remain establishment having 4 YEARS to prepare, not bothering & being beyond zealous to thwart Brexit

"Protecting public health".
@PoliceScotland stormed into a family home yesterday - on suspicion they had guests around... In fact their seriously ill daughter had just been discharged from hospital.
This is disgraceful. Serious questions must be answered - now. @NicolaSturgeon
A perfect summary of how shafted British fishermen feel by the political class from @Cornishfpo
Very difficult to think it's a happy new year
More groundhog day, where we've to spend the next Five years fighting to get the justice that was denied today

Following a CFPO board meeting yesterday, Paul Trebilcock shares the PO’s reaction to the long-awaited trade deal and explains why Cornish fishermen feel betrayed by Boris.

@fincarson@isleseafoods The dire deal gives EU veto over our freedom of action
Repatriates ONLY 14% of our resources-leaving £1.2bn behind
Subjects us to rule by Joint Committee
Continues EU access upto 6nm
F'all improvement
Breaches your partys own red lines
Clearly no idea what your signing upto!

Any turd you won't polish!?
Other than the conditions linking access to waters to access to trade that we are tied into through his withdrawal agreement when the new fisheries transition period ends
@burdzeyeview It's a massive sell out of our fishing industry, fishermen who believed the Tories are raging, the northeast Tories may well get wiped out at the elections
Essentially a deal no one has had any time to properly read, but in which there are clearly punishment clauses, has been deliberately bounced onto MPs & the country at the last minute to avoid scrutiny.
Shameful!
Today I voted for the Treaty with the EU. However, this is not the end. There are outstanding issues which must be addressed and there must be greater Parliamentary scrutiny of the deal. One day is simply not long enough.
Scoop...Britain faces dearer electricity and occasional black-outs if it bans EU fishing boats from its waters after 2026. This de facto power over the UK power market is handed to the EU in the post-Brexit deal which MP’s will wave almost unread through parliament today. 1/10
A superb piece by the excellent @Facts4euOrg
Even the ERGs analysis admits Ulster is being sold out, we WON'T have taken back control of fishing AND the EU can use punishment clauses post-2026 to bring us to heel.
Why are the ERG backing this deal!?

After Parliament has passed @BorisJohnson’s new deal it should immediately exercise its authority to outlaw:
European super trawlers, dredging and pulse fishing.
Start as you mean to go on. Send a proper message to Brussels. @MPGeorgeEustice
