March 22, 2026: an unknown attacker exploited Resolv protocol (issuer of USR stablecoin). Via the completeSwap function — which had no proper collateral-to-mint ratio check — they deposited 100,000 USDC and minted 50,000,000 USR (500× more than allowed). Instant dump started through KyberSwap, Paraswap, etc.

What happened: Wallet 0x1e37...8a97 spent 10 days (Feb 27 – Mar 8) accumulating $SUSHI — withdrawing from Coinbase and receiving from an LP wallet (EIP-7702 contract).
In total, ~1.3M SUSHI were accumulated and staked into xSUSHI via SushiBar.
