I spoke about a windfall bank tax in my newspaper columns this week. My thoughts are that the big banks have been bailed out numerous times by taxpayers, & now they are back making huge profits; it's time for them to repay the debt to taxpayers, as winter approaches and help is needed with energy bills.

Jeremy Clarkson says there is no reason to start a business in Britain, and he's now going abroad to open his next one. I disagree. Britain is still an amazing, safe place to do business; it's not easy, but neither is anything worth doing.
My thoughts are..
You need to deal with the good and the bad in business, just like you deal with day and night; there will always be booms and busts. You need to be comfortable with both, just like you are with day and night
Do as well as you can and keep going!
If you stay in your comfort zone, you will fail.
Success is not found in your comfort zone. Success is not a comfortable procedure; it is a very uncomfortable thing to attempt. You have got to become comfortable being uncomfortable if you ever want to be successful.
