@sfa_boysball Carter Fisk is the 23rd BCL player to be selected as the Sun's Player of the Year, the first BCL POY player chosen since Jordan Brathwaite (MSJ) in 2023-24 and the first SFA player to be POY since Ace Baldwin was co-POY in 2019-20.
St. Frances senior Carter Fisk is The Baltimore Sun All-Metro boys basketball Player of the Year.
Fisk took an impressive and improbable path to an epic season, going from junior varsity to varsity bench player last year to the area’s finest player.
In leading the No. 1 Panthers (36-7) to Baltimore Catholic League regular-season and tournament championships, in addition to the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference title game, the 6-foot-3 combo guard averaged 17.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.8 steals per game in his breakthrough season.
