Between the Benoit and Coombs articles, I found Benoit’s theory more useful. I think the part that stuck out was the five categories of image repair. Those categories are applicable in many situations regarding image repair. #MUCrisisComm #CrisisImage

@ChandrikaCC I think there is a stigma around Middle Eastern people and their association with terrorism. This stigma can be seen through Islamophobia and overall prejudice opinions on Middle Easterners.

Stakeholder factors- because it really matters how the stakeholders will react to outlandish news that affects them. An example would be Xbox stakeholders when the newest Xbox was released and showed the system overheating and smoking. @ChandrikaCC #CriticalFactor #MUCrisisComm
