Multiple partners without protection increase your risk of STIs and HIV. Ignoring treatment does not make it go away, it makes it worse.
Knowing your status is power. Using protection is responsibility. Taking your treatment is survival.
If you stopped treatment, come back, reinitiate and stay on it to achieve an undetectable viral load. This means living a healthier life with zero risk of passing HIV on to others.
Remember, prevention options such as PrEP and Lenacapavir can help protect against HIV, but condoms are still essential to protect against STIs like gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia and more, as well as unwanted pregnancies.

@of_unisex@MagaselaMzobe What do you think of Eastern Cape as compared to Mpumalanga? And the state of our Youth League as compared to it's inaugural leadership?
@of_unisex@MagaselaMzobe Kukhona abazenzelayo, they even deploy eachother to be run elections in province's they don't belong to whilst their Provinces barely made a mark in 2024. Some have collapsed the MKYL to ICU state but are given Organising roles at a Provincial Level.
It was the 30th of June 2021 when Bheki Cele hosted a press briefing after a Pseudo Con Court Judgement, and he gave President Zuma an advice to "Handover" himself, He might want to flip a page from his book.
โARREST ME AND I WILL SINGโ ALLEGED BHEKI CELE
South African politics has been thrown into fresh turmoil following the circulation of alleged WhatsApp messages attributed to former Police Minister Bheki Cele.
The message allegedly reads:
โArrest me and I will sing.โ
The authenticity of the message has not been independently verified.
However, its emergence comes at a time when pressure is mounting on Cele following revelations made during the Madlanga Commission.
During testimony before the commission, Cele reportedly acknowledged staying at a luxury property linked to controversial businessman Vusimuzi โCatโ Matlala.
The disclosures have intensified public scrutiny and raised questions about relationships between politicians, business figures and state institutions.
The political fallout has been swift.
The ANC National Executive Committee has reportedly called for Cele to step down from its leadership structures and referred the matter for internal disciplinary processes.
Now the alleged WhatsApp message has added another layer of intrigue.
If genuine, many South Africans are asking the same question:
What exactly does โI will singโ mean?
Does it mean Cele is prepared to reveal information about others?
Or is it simply political theatre during a period of intense pressure?
At this stage, the focus remains on the facts that have emerged from the commission and the processes that may follow.
But one thing is certain. The Madlanga Commission
MK Party president Jacob Zuma says undocumented foreigners in South Africa should not be defended and that the country must act against illegal immigration.
@Mfoka_Jobe You sided with those who said this when she warned us about a scoundrel from Mahhonisi, again, we are here to witness all of you fake revolutionaries being proved wrong by @DZumaSambudla
@NalediChirwa If they are here Illegally the only right thing to do is for them to leave the country before the 30th, to avoid all of this. I do not in any way condone violence and Im merely requesting criminals who are here illegally to go back home.
