#Balham friends Jamie-Lee, Kitty & Sarah are hosting a Macmillan coffee afternoon right now, outside 100 Ritherdon Rd, SW17 8QQ until 5.30pm! They’re serving up all sorts of sweet & savoury treats for the neighbourhood to try and donate to the cause, so do pop by if in the area!
The last survey, conducted in 2004, found that 1 in 10 children aged 5-15 had a mental health disorder (either emotional, behavioural, hyperactive, or other). In the newly released 2017 figures, this has risen to 1 in 9.

Be active with the kids. When is the last time you joined your kids for a game of tag or Simon says? Or, for the older kids, how about a family bike ride or going for a run together? Pick something that the kids (and you) love to do!
