We all say the same thing: New Year, new you!

But let's be real... you've been killing your workouts this year, so give yourself a pat on the back and start 2018 on a high note!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Are you struggling to sleep lately? Do you toss and turn, and get restless?
We have the solution! Can you guess it?
WORK OUT!
Working out helps people sleep better throughout the night.

Not sure how to get your protein in while working out? Looking to up it up without protein powder? Here are some of the best ways to incorporate it! 🍲🍱

Let's get back into gear before the New Year! What workout is on your schedule today?

Running, weights, HIIT workout? Tell us below!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

We are hoping the holidays are bringing you lots of cheer!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

We know today is going to be filled with a ton of food, so we'll just leave you with this...

Opt for healthier alternatives, portion control, and limit yourself! You don't want all your hard work to go to waste.

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Nothing should be holding you back, except your trainer! 💪🙆

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Don't forget to stretch before and after your workout!

Here are some of our favorite ways to stretch!

We know not many people think about including meditation in their routine, but we want to tell you why you should!

Meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, and encourages a healthy lifestyle. All things you need to live a healthy lifestyle!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Don't let the fear of failure stop you from achieving greatness! Each fitness journey is personal, don't compare yourself to others, and keep on rocking it! 💪💪💪

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Whether you work out alone, or work with one of our personal trainers, we want you to achieve immeasurable results.

Train like a pro!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

We know you need some Monday motivation, so whether you're dancing at your work desk, on your drive home, or at the gym, we want you to pump it up!

What jam are you blasting?

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

When life gives you lemons, go to the gym and workout. Forget about the lemons.

Work out to relieve stress, to create endorphins, and to prove to yourself you can accomplish anything you set your mind to!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

JUST DO IT! 💪

We believe in you, and we hope you believe in yourself! Every day is an opportunity to have "small wins" like lifting an extra 5 reps or achieving a personal best!

Keep at it!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Here are some of our favorite workout albums to add to your workout playlist! If they're not on there - thank us later!

If they are, what other albums do you recommend our #FitConFam listen to this week? We want to hear from you!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

What are your favorite arm workouts? Do you prefer planking, pull-ups, or cable rope?

We want to know why they're your favorite and how far you push yourself with them!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

We don't want to sound like your parents, but vegetables are a huge part of your diet and journey towards getting in shape!

You can always cheat this by adding kale or spinach into a smoothie, or making a juice with beets and carrots!

[Fitness Connection @FitConGville]

Change up your routine by lunging into a 30-45 degree step instead of gearing towards a straight line. This awakens muscles that are underused, and creates a better and more effective stretch!

It's Sunday night prep, what's on the menu?
