Single-arm waves are a great way to up your heart rate while focusing on good technique. You use one arm to create the wave while the other arm rests, then switch!

Let's get MOVING! If you get overwhelmed trying to design a workout, try a full-body move that strengthens muscles AND gets your heart rate up. These slam ball over-the-shoulder drops fit the bill. They're fun, super effective, and a nice change up from the same 'ol same 'ol.
Mix up your workouts. Be silly. Have fun. Drop the idea that miserable equals effective. Fun workouts work just as well, and you'll stick with them a lot longer!
