Your physique is the culmination of actions taken over weeks and months, and habits forged over years. Strap on for the long haul.
Taking your position for granted causes laziness. True in your work, relationships, health, and life - It becomes common and comfortable.
It also detracts the quality of all of them.
Spending $40,000 on a car seems like the kind of thing to me that, intuitively, you do when you have like a couple million in wealth and make $400,000 a year. But absolutely normal people do it all the time! Blows me away
The science of losing weight is actually very easy. Everyone knows HOW to do it.
It’s the action and PRACTICE of actually implementing what we know that’s difficult. Why? Because we’ve been groomed to eat and crave shitty food, and be lazy #reallyrealtalk
I personally did not like the weighing everyday aspect of #Noom. In my opinion, it is WAY too much to be weighing yourself. There are so many fluctuations even in 12 hours. It really messed with my head and motivation.
I’d go as far to say that there has never been a better / easier time to focus on your #health and #fitness than during the #covid19#quarantine. If you’ve gained 2 hours back of your day not having to commute, what have you done with it!?
REALLY REAL TALK:
Stop seeing #binge behavior as a character flaw, and start seeing it as a result of years of chronic, extreme dieting and the inability to be consistent and moderate over time.
I no longer care what I look like in social media pictures. No energy given to the opinions of people who only see me in pictures and not looking fly in real life 🤷🏽♀️
