@sourmash83@Anna_xb2 I disagree—I wasn't referring to intentional openings (like the ones for your head or arms), but rather to tears and rips! There is a distinct difference.
@__Libra1 True, but let’s be honest: most girls know what they should eat but can’t resist sweets at night. And then all these “healthy” photos are just a good angle + filter. Who honestly admits to slipping up?
One flamingo stands out because she has normal posture, while the others look like they’re on a fast food diet 😂 But seriously — when will we start appreciating natural beauty and health instead of looking for «differences» in identical pictures?
@__Libra1 That is definitely true, but a poor diet—like eating too much fast food—has a negative impact on your health! That’s why it’s better to watch what you eat, which in turn leads to better health that won't "hit the filters" (i.e., cause complications/issues). Do you agree?

@AiWithliza@hibanoorie Guys, seriously? The answer is 6 — basic order of operations. But I see most people just didn’t study at school. And then we wonder why there’s no discipline and no results in fitness 😅
Who still thinks it’s not 6?
Both 60 kg, but the left one looks sportier and more natural, while the right one looks like office plankton trying to seem stylish. In real life, girls in jeans and a top look way more attractive than in these “granny pants”.
Who agrees with me?

@Monica55dzrh C) Mercury. But let’s be honest — why do we even need to know about liquid metal if it’s toxic? Better tell us how to protect ourselves from heavy metals in today’s world.
Who agrees with me?
Beautiful picture, but alcohol is one of the main enemies of clear skin, a flat stomach and stable mood. I used to think «a little is fine». Then I realized — it is, but you pay with your beauty and energy later.
Who else has switched to a sober lifestyle?

Beauty or kitsch? For me this is overkill. In a healthy lifestyle, simplicity and functionality are important, not golden patterns on every centimeter.
What do you girls think?

@Monica55dzrh As a 34-year-old woman who’s lived in a female body, trains, tracks hormones and her cycle — no, trans women cannot be 100% women. Biology isn’t a feeling. We have different physiology, strength, and recovery. Can we talk honestly about women’s health without illusions?

• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 cup cooked shrimp or protein of your choice
• ½ cup shelled edamame (cooked)
• 1-2 green onions, thinly sliced
Optional Add-Ins:
• Fresh herbs: cilantro or mint

Taste check: salty + sweet + tangy + nutty. Adjust with lime or honey if needed.
Salad:
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
Finish:
Fold in the crispy rice last so it stays crunchy. Drizzle dressing on top. Finish with herbs, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime.
