The first Wednesday of each month, we run a free wellness walk. The group undertakes a 2-3 hour hike through some of Lancashires most beautiful locations. Today was all about Longridge Fell. This is a free group open to all ages, genders, and fitness abilities.

This weekend, we launch our "Spill the Beans" bereavement support group. This group is aimed at adults, young people, and families struggling with the loss of a loved one. Using engaging activities to help people open up. Free onsite counsellor for advice or information.
