@kyle_j_kranz In small doses. My understanding of the science is that doing it all the time doesn't help and might hurt performance, but IMO 2-3x/mo can bring a bit of adaptation. The longer you go, the higher the risks.
@SageCanaday @HOKAONEONE Two pair for trails, two primary pair for road/track, a couple older pairs for occasional short, easy runs (like when I run the dog).
@majathestrong I have the Five-Minute Rule. Same concept. You get your gear on, go through your routine, and do five minutes—weights, run, whatever. If you still want to quit, stop. No guilt.
