…so stop listening to everyone else! Stop applying everyone else’s strategies and instead discover what is in alignment WITH YOU. Until you discover who you are, and what is in alignment with your soul you will get confused by everything the world is constantly asking of you
…read more, do yoga & go to therapy while drinking a green juice because plant-based is the best option, but make sure you eat enough protein because your muscles need to recover properly ….. maaaaan anybody else exhausted??? This 💩 is confusing as heck…
…make sure you wake up at 4:30am every day so you can workout, meditate, journal, eat the frog… but also get 9 hours of sleep every night otherwise your mind and body can break down, remember never to snooze because no successful person ever does…
…give your mind a break but also figure out what childhood trauma is keeping you stuck. But you don’t have to remember what exact event caused it, because you can heal by doing hypnotherapy or using crystals while also cleansing your aura…
…do more, but slow down and remember to do your breath work. Your energy and vibration matter more than taking action, but also a dream without action is just a fantasy so make sure you’re 10x’ing your level of action…
Anybody else confused as heck about what we “should” be doing? Hustle harder, but make sure you don’t buy into the toxic hustle. Go within to heal, but remember you’re not broken. There’s nothing you have to fix, but make sure you “fix” the habits that aren’t serving you…
What’s keeping you from living your purpose is that you don’t believe YOU are the one meant to do it… what’s keeping you from living your purpose is thinking you have to be anything other than who and what YOU ARE right now.
What’s keeping you from living your purpose isn’t your situation or circumstances, it is the belief that if your circumstances were different, if only you had the resources, or perhaps a different past, maybe no trauma… maybe then you’d be worthy of your mission…
What’s keeping you from living your purpose is that you’re trying to live by everyone else’s rules, that you’re afraid of rejection, you’re afraid of making a mistake or being wrong, and that you need to have the perfect plan and know HOW before you start…
What’s keeping you from living your purpose is thinking your ideas are stupid, thinking you don’t know enough, thinking it won’t work, being afraid of failure, expecting to be successful overnight, thinking you aren’t capable, avoiding the unknown & trying to be in control…
And yet we still get so frustrated/upset/angry/hurt when things NOW don’t work out the way we expected…. Because we forget that 1) we will always be OKAY and 2) maybe we are being SAVED
Have you ever considered how different (and maybe not in a good way) your life would have turned out if that relationship/job/business/decision would have worked out? Like dang I’m so glad I got SAVED from what that might’ve looked like?
This used to be me - whether it was a retreat or a book or a coach - I wasn’t looking at it as a step in my journey. I was looking at it as THE THING TO HEAL/FIX ME - but eventually I realized no matter where you go, there YOU are still having to face YOURSELF.
Ultimately you STILL have to face YOU and everything that is inside you - taking a program/workshop or hiring a coach/mentor can sometimes be a way to THINK you’re addressing what’s “wrong” but the truth is sometimes it’s still just avoidance.
Some people think a workshop/book/diet/program/coach/trainer is the thing that will fix everything for them somehow hoping they can still avoid the actual issue. Sometimes this is unconscious & we just keep looking out there thinking that’s the way to feel better.
It’s not “why is life hard” it’s “why do I always see it as hard?” It’s not “why am I not worthy” it’s “why does my mind insist on telling me I’m not worthy?” The on denominator is you. You experience life how you SEE it not how IT IS.
It’s hard to set boundaries, but it’s also hard not to have any and constantly feel drained, overwhelmed or taken advantage of. It’s hard to change beliefs that no longer serve you, but it’s also hard to live limited by beliefs that no longer serve you…
It’s hard to ask for what you need, but it’s also hard to develop resentment for someone who didn’t give you what you needed because you didn’t ask. It’s hard to start a business, but it’s also hard to stay at a job you hate and live with regret…
