Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well! I would like to share that from today I am going on a body recomposition, it means I will be loosing body fat and gaining muscle. I will increase my protein intake upto 200g per day and fats and carbs will be less than usual!

People who claim that Lentils are a good source of protein! Who are you guys?😭 if you need high protein, don’t depend on Lentils, they are a good source of carbs and fats which you can add so that you can have your daily energy! As it absorbs slowly.
