@SkyHelpTeam Hello. No l haven't. A colleague say that they have ordered another one for me, but 3 weeks without data/ phone calls/ texts is very distressing as a pensioner living on my own...and why is it taking so long to fix mast CH66
@SkyHelpTeam REALLY!....still no news on when l will get a mobile signal after over 3 days. Absolute disgrace. Think Press will be interested. I am about to be stranded as l am unable to make a call to be collected π’

@SkyHelpTeam This is the start of the 3rd day without a mobile signal in the CH66 area of Cheshire. How is it that a company so big as SKY can be taking so long to fix this. Terrible customer service. No communication from SKY in respect of progress.Time for me to change network
