If you put the right amount of training in for the race, you won't have to worry about crossing the finishing line, it will almost certainly happen.

Seriously though, stretching your muscles a little or a lot each day can make a huge difference to your body, mind, how you feel about yourself, and your life in general.

If you've been sitting for longer than an hour in front of a screen, It might be time to take a 5 minute movement break? Ask yourself, can whatever I'm doing wait for 5? if yes, hit the pause or save button and get that body moving.

This type of posture can be caused by prolonged sitting. poor posture can lead to discomfort and even pain in the neck, back, shoulders and lots of headaches.
Push ups, Rowing, Face pulls, Overhead lifts all help, as does moving more.

My favourite Kettlebell exercise is Kettlebell up's (10kg), great for grip strength for all the golf I play, while also helping other parts of the body as well.
