The first video is from me in college as an example of what NOT to do, and the second is from me in pro ball having mostly fixed this issue. All other videos are just good examples of great direction from guys that have all thrown 97+mph.
A note about delivery direction:
When I was in highschool and college I had about the worst delivery direction you can imagine. I would finish every pitch basically running towards first base.
Some guys can leak energy and still throw flames, but if you are a smaller pitcher looking to get the most out of your delivery, cleaning this up can be a game changer.
