🚨🇫🇷🇺🇸 L'AMBASSADEUR KUSHNER DOIT ÊTRE DÉCLARÉ "PERSONA NON GRATA".
L’ambassadeur🇺🇸à Paris, Charles Kushner, est le père de Jared, mari de la fille aînée de Trump.
C'est un repris de justice.
En 2005, il a été jugé coupable d'évasion fiscale et de subornation de témoin, et incarcéré pendant 14 mois

1️⃣ Paris aurait parfaitement pu refuser sa nomination au vu de ce CV, inouï pour un ambassadeur.

La Convention de Vienne sur les relations diplomatiques du 18 avril 1961 pose en effet :
Art.4, al.1
«L’État accréditant [🇺🇸] doit s’assurer que la personne qu’il envisage d’accréditer comme chef de la mission auprès de l’État accréditaire [🇫🇷] a reçu l’agrément de cet État.»

2️⃣ Kushner a pris ses fonctions à Paris le 11 juillet 2025.
Mais, au lieu de garder la discrétion inhérente à ce métier, il a aussitôt affiché sa volonté d'ingérence en déclarant sur i24NEWS :

3️⃣ Le 24 août 2025, 43 jours après sa prise de fonctions, Kushner a écrit une "lettre ouverte" au vitriol à Macron et l'a fait publier dans le Wall Street Journal !

Kushner y exprime «sa profonde inquiétude face
- à la flambée de l’antisémitisme en France
- et à l’absence d’action suffisante de (son) gouvernement pour le combattre».

Il y critique aussi la décision annoncée par Macron de reconnaître l'État palestinien.

Comble du scandale, Kushner annonce avoir envoyé copie de sa lettre à Trump et à Netanyahou.

4️⃣ Le gouvernement français a répondu à ce scandale en dénonçant des «allégations inacceptables».
Le Quai d’Orsay a convoqué Kushner pour protester officiellement contre cette déclaration publique, qui viole ouvertement la Convention de Vienne du 18 avril 1961 citée précédemment.

Cette Convention, qui a valeur de Traité international, pose en effet, dans son Article 41, alinea 1, que :

«[...] toutes les personnes qui bénéficient [des] privilèges et immunités [diplomatiques] ont le devoir de respecter les lois et règlements de l’État accréditaire [ici la 🇫🇷]. Elles ont également le DEVOIR DE NE PAS S’IMMISCER DANS LES AFFAIRES INTÉRIEURES DE CET ÉTAT».

5️⃣ Comme l'usage diplomatique lui en fait l'obligation, Kushner aurait dû normalement
⚠️ se rendre à la convocation du ministère des Affaires étrangères
⚠️ y présenter discrètement ses regrets d’avoir enfreint la Convention de Vienne.

Et les choses en seraient restées là.

6️⃣ Mais ce n'est pas ce qu'il a fait.
Adoptant une posture ouvertement provocatrice, Kushner a fait savoir à tous les médias
❌️ qu'il ne se rendrait pas à la convocation du Quai d’Orsay
❌️ et qu'il demandait à son collaborateur Chargé d'affaires de l'y représenter.

Sa volonté d'humilier publiquement la France et Macron est donc avérée, de même que sa volonté de poursuivre son ingérence dans les affaires intérieures françaises.

7️⃣ Macron est maintenant au pied du mur.
Ayant déclaré que les allégations de Kushner étaient «inacceptables», le refus de l'interessé de déférer à la convocation et de cesser ses ingérences l'est davantage encore !

Dans ces conditions, la France DOIT mettre en œuvre l'Art.9, al.1 de la Convention de 1961 :

«L’État accréditaire [🇫🇷] peut, à tout moment et sans avoir à motiver sa décision, informer l’État accréditant [🇺🇸] que le chef de la mission est PERSONA NON GRATA[...]. L’État accréditant rappellera alors la personne en cause.»

🚨 CONCLUSION

Cette affaire est un test.

▪️Soit la France déclare Kushner Persona non grata et le prie de quitter la France sous 72 heures.
Elle aura ainsi posé les limites et se fera respecter par tous les États.

▪️Soit la France ne dit rien.
Elle verra alors s'appliquer à elle la maxime du philosophe Emmanuel Kant :
«Si tu te comportes comme un ver de terre, ne t'étonne pas si l'on t'écrase avec le pied.»

The reasoning behind why Harris wants open mics is likely because she is *hoping* to be interrupted so she can have comebacks like she did during the 2020 debate with Pence.

I just wanted to enjoy my last day on vacation before I go to war against misinformation, propaganda, and outright lies, but this is a lie from the pit of hell by George Stephanopoulos (@GStephanopoulos) of @ABC. Here is the truth: A biased jury, after just a few hours of deliberation, found Trump liable for 'sexual abuse' and 'not rape.' In an interview with Anderson Cooper (@andersoncooper) of @CNN, E. Jean Carroll (@ejeancarroll) said, "This was not sexual." She could not present any tangible evidence but the jury and the media did not care.

NOTE: Rape is engaging in intercourse with a woman or a man without their consent, and this definition includes minors who are below the age of consent. This means that even if they verbally agree or express a desire for it, they are legally incapable of consenting to sex. At least 31 states in the US have 16 years old as the age of consent!

NOTE: Sexual abuse may include things like touching someone, a man, or a woman inappropriately, groping them, or kissing them without their consent.

NOTE: However, Stephanopoulos and ABC News, by using the word rape, are talking about a ruling that never occurred. But the word is shocking and many people may not want to elect a rapist. So they use it for political purposes!

NOTE: For those who don't remember, Trump was president when E. Jean Carroll released a memoir accusing Trump of sexual assault. This was in 2019 as we were heading into the 2020 presidential race. And after New York changed the law to allow victims to sue for alleged crimes committed decades ago.

NOTE: Trump was shocked, denied the allegations released in a book, and with the law changed, she went to court. The jury in New York deliberated only for a few hours and found Trump liable for sexual abuse, not rape.

NOTE: There was no direct evidence linking Trump to sexual abuse or assault, but the jury did not care. It was New York, and it was Trump.

NOTE: The jury then awarded Carroll $5 million.

NOTE: Trump could not stomach it, so he denied sexually assaulting her again, so she went to court again for defamation now that the 'jury' had found him liable for sexual abuse.

NOTE: They then awarded her over $83 million for defamation. Trump has continued to deny sexually assaulting her decades ago.

NOTE: Nobody on the right, at least among those I know, condones rape or sexual assault; everyone condemns it, as they should. However, they also understand that accusing someone of a serious crime, one that could result in a lifetime prison sentence, requires presenting evidence. Accusations must be timely, not made decades later when the accused is running for President or seeking re-election. These accusations should not be politically motivated or based on hearsay, but on solid evidence. Coming forward three or four decades later suggests that evidence may have been destroyed, or the allegations might be fabricated, leading to widespread disbelief.

JUST IN: New witness could blow up entire Fani Willis case as new court filing claims Willis told Nathan Wade's lawyer to stay quiet about their affair.

I don't think people realize how corrupt this woman is.

Cobb County prosecutor Cindi Lee Yeager overheard a call where Willis warned Terrence Bradley to stay quiet about the affair.

"They are coming after us. You don’t need to talk to them about anything about us," Willis allegedly said.

The filing says Yeager is willing to swear under oath that Bradley told her in person that Willis' affair began in 2019, something he claimed he had no knowledge of last week.

Bradley also previously said in a text message that the pair was "absolutely" dating before Wade was hired.

When presented the message on the stand, Bradley said "oh dang."

Throw them all in prison.

JUST IN: Two Florida sisters are calling for the execution of their own father after they found out he mol*sted 24 kids as well a 4-year-old.

Ana & Yaneiry Albarran say their father, who was their "best friend" growing up, should be killed.

The sisters had been trying to track down their fugitive father, Davie Albarran, who was on the run for 15 months.

Earlier this month, Albarran was finally caught hiding in a shed in Lakeland, Florida thanks to the sisters' detective work.

The sisters physically went to 40 motels and other residences trying to find their father.

Albarran allegedly assaulted 24 children between the ages of 4 and 16.

The sisters now want their father to be executed under Ron DeSantis' new law.

"I want the death penalty. He should get the worst punishment possible, the worst there is."

Un tel "sondage" n'a évidemment aucun sens scientifique ni politique à plus de 3 ans de l'échéance officielle :

Il a toutes les chances de remarcher encore en 2027.

Il pourrait cependant connaître une variante étonnante, que j'ai déjà décrite : si l'oligarchie se rendait compte que Philippe ne passe décidément pas, elle pourrait décider de laisser Le Pen accéder à l'Élysée.
