Lazy eyes shift up from the monitors, rubbing his aching eyes.
That's when he heard it; a shuffle from down the hall. Mike hesitantly picked up his flashlight, shining its bright beam down the long hallway in front of him...
Nothing there, maybe he's just getting paranoid..
Mike would reach out as she approached, snatching the bottle from her hands.
" I'm trying to find where your hiding the good stuff, obviously. I can't expect a pirate to share her goods so easily, can I? "
" ye's wouldn't see me even if i was at me cove, laddy. "
she'd reach behind a file cabinet and grab a bottle of liquor she'd hidden. taking a seat on the desk next to the guard.
" so, any reason ye's tryin' to keep an eye on a lass like me? "
It took a moment, but eventually the guard felt the feeling of being watched. Turning around to find himself face to torso with the fox, face pale and eyes fixed on her.
" ah ha, so that's why I didn't see you at the cove. . . "
He's just staring at the screen. She's a hard fox to keep track of when she dissapears from the cove, so he's going to keep a close eye on her tonight.
The guard has his shirts half unbuttoned, his tie loosened and is currently using a paper plate to fan himself.
Needless to say, the office is incredibly hot tonight!
