Made choice for Tyne Dock (further drive) because less of a gap. Almost there & the metro due in 7mins then changes to 2mins! The stress & anxiety your service causes is out of order & is not disabled friendly. Nexus should be ashamed how much they are letting the public down!
@My_Metro how are you supposed to access your system with such issues & app info not being right. I'm autistic & have been watching the app for over 1hr for both East Boldon & Tyne Dock this morning with the times wildly changing for both.
Due to an issue on @networkrail infrastructure , there are delays of up to 20mins on services from Sunderland towards Airport, in both directions. We are working to resolve the issue and will resume timetable as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
To say times aren't right?? The usual disclaimer is useless as your trains are never to timetable due to fleet availability so real time updates are useless if you don't state when they're wrong!
@My_Metro the app times aren't correct. Said airport to South hylton due in 6 mins (approx 16:33) at central but when I got to station it said due & next one not for 23 minutes! Not one of the listed withdrawn trains either. Why is there no message on the real time update page /1
@My_Metro What's the point in a twitter account and an online app if you want us to go old school and look at a website?
Your twitter account said some trains withdrawn this morning- none of which were mine this AM or PM and yet still trains withdrawn?!
So ultimately you get away with not issuing refunds like you should. I'd love an actual response from you to address these and to have it forwarded to customer services!
another horrific journey courtesy of @My_Metro . What are you doing to deal with the age of your fleet rather than just cancelling trains or waiting for the new ones to arrive in 2025? Perhaps have less frequent timings but that at least are guaranteed to show up so you don't 1/
What about customer service in general?! No reduction in ticket prices?Your refund policy for delayed trains is pretty much redundant with the intro of the POP app and POP cards- who is going to show up 30+ minutes to swipe their card if they can see there are massive delays 3/
