@LethalityJane I got denied emergency leave with a Red Cross message in AIT at GAFB post-DLI for not having enough optional volunteer hours. 1SG and squad leader sent me with no paperwork and was able to make the funeral but missed saying goodbye. Thanks CPT Jumper for being a real POS in 2008.

@googlefi My husband was present to help facilitate this particular issue but is now at 6 weeks of training with no phone access. What if something happens between now and his graduation? What do you do for deployed service members who are the primary account holders? This is not resolved.

@googlefi I was amazed to find out that y'all don't honor powers of attorney for military couples. I guess service members better hope nothing goes wrong when they deploy, right? Sure would be a shame if family couldn't fix their stuff because the account holder is indisposed...

@googlefi Your customer service rep told me that because I'm not paying, I can't get my phone fixed. Even when I offered to link my credit card to my line. They told my husband I had to call since it was my phone but told me he had to call since it's his account.

@googlefi Again, I had to ask my husband for that information because I'm not allowed to access the account as a grown ass woman who had my own Fi account before merging when I married my husband. I've been a customer for 5 years and I've never regretted it more.

@googlefi why don't you have a process for military families to be able to handle issues when the active duty account holder is not available? Your agent just told me "It's best if y'all can be together on the call" and I'm on hold fuming at the audacity of that shitty statement.

@googlefi There's so much hassle. I'm on hold right now because my military husband can't access his phone to talk to customer service to replace my broken phone. The agent is telling me we need to call together but that's not possible. I used to love Fi. Customer service is awful.
