Pt. 8 DONE!
I am asking for help to find my groups luggage and talk to someone face to face! I am extremely disappointed in my experience and I wish it didn’t get to this point! I am out $1500 from luggage alone, NOT including the fees first two days of my trip cancelled.
@AirCanada I wanted to reach you on here since I have had no help with your customer service department. This normally isn’t the way I go about things, but I have no other options.
I want to briefly share my experience and why I’ll never fly AirCanada again.

We asked help from the support desk, but insisted it was Air Canada’s problem and they could not help us. We received a phone number which my group and I have called multiple times, but have not been assisted in the slightest.
