State Attorney Monique Worrell just said a man masturbating in front of kids at a public park is “wrong but not illegal.

Exposing yourself and performing a sexual act in public in front of a child is not only disgusting and morally bankrupt — it is a crime under Florida law.

Florida Statute 800.04(7) clearly defines Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition as intentionally masturbating in the presence of a child under 16. This is a second-degree felony.T

his wasn’t some gray area. A man was caught on video masturbating on a park bench facing children playing at a splash pad. Her office declined to prosecute. Then she defended it publicly.

This is Florida. They don’t tolerate soft-on-crime prosecutors who protect predators over children.

Governor @GovRonDeSantis already suspended her once in 2023 for neglect of duty. She somehow got re-elected. It’s time to do it again. Protect the kids. Suspend her.

Justice Clarence Thomas just dropped the TRUTH that every American needs to hear. Progressivism isn’t just some harmless idea — it’s a direct assault on the very soul of this country.
