That's the English flag.

The UK flag is different.

I've seen 'patriots' fly it upside down but never get it this wrong.

@JonathanPieNews So a proud Englishman (he/him) painted a St Georges cross on a zebra crossing, a road marking literally designed to be walked on. So a lady presumably of Islamic faith (unconfirmed nationality) steps on it. Such walking on flags often considered an act of desecration. Confused!?

@DistressedFlags @DownUnion Actually as it happens the protocol for the Union Flag when hung on a wall is opposite to US, Canadian and Australian protocols so these were hung by true flag pedants (or coincidental ignorance).
