@wmataGM I’m disappointed that the agency improperly deducted money from my SmarTrip account despite my having an unlimited pass for a trip that I didn’t even take. Despite providing a screenshot of my transactions, I have still not received a credit.

@wmata and @wmataGM, what is the point of having automatic train control if the the silver line to Ashburn is going to hold at every station between East Falls Church and Ashburn? I missed my Loudoun bus connection and will be late for work. Terrible way to start my work week.

@wmata thanks for delaying me yet again due to another malfunction in the blue orange and silver lines. You’re really becoming as bad as you were ten years ago. Turning around and getting my car to drive to my destination.

@wmata this is why people don’t take the train. Stuck in the tunnel between Foggy Bottom and Rosslyn…could have been home by now…won’t do this again…

@wmata I was late to my appointment and now I’m back at Roslyn and I have a 14 minute wait time for a silver or orange line train. This is terribly frustrating.

@wmata why is there a 24 minute wait at Rosslyn for a blue line train to Springfield? This is ridiculous.

Once again @wmata has proven to be unreliable. This silver line train is delayed by over 7 minutes despite automatic tram operation. People will once again miss important bus connections despite planning ahead. I certainly hope you’re prepared for this weekend’s weather.

@wmataGM Sad to say this, but this is why I keep my car ready. I use metro when I can, but it’s not reliable enough. That said I definitely appreciate the improvements that have been made over the last few years!

@wmata This is excellent news. There are so many residents without cars on this route, and it’s a great alternative to Metrorail which costs more to get into DC from some of the locations in Virginia.
