Trump’s EO’s are ALREADY Constitutional.

He is researching, then writing EO’s to enforce the laws ALREADY on the books.
They have just never been fully enforced.

By writing an EO, Trump FORCES the enemy to file lawsuits, so that he can win at the Supreme Court and SOLIDIFY these laws “permanently.”

Trump is proving that he doesn’t need Congress to “codify” laws that ALREADY exist.

Guess what?

Same goes for the SAVE Act.

It’s ALREADY illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections.

Trump doesn’t need the Senate to pass the SAVE Act.

READ THAT AGAIN!

He has said for a long time, that he was going to do it by EO.
He said it back in February.

Have you noticed that Trump recently demanded that the SAVE Act be attached to the FISA renewal?

Why?

FOCUSING the people.

And just yesterday, he went to the Senate and demanded that they pass the SAVE Act now.

Why?

More FOCUSING the people on this issue.

That confrontation between Trump and the republicans in the Senate was “purposeful.”

It got national media attention.

Then what happened?

The Senate just went on “vacation.”

Do you think Trump wasn’t expecting that?

“The table is now set.”

Trump has no choice.

Guess what’s incoming?

An EO to FORCE every state to uphold the SAVE Act for the upcoming federal elections.

A lawsuit will soon follow and once again, Trump will have baited the enemy insurgency into taking the fight to the Supreme Court, where Trump ALREADY knows he’s going to win.

A Supreme Court ruling upholding photo ID and citizenship requirement to vote in federal elections, will then be “set in stone.”

A permanent PRECEDENT.

And here’s what almost everyone is missing:

Most people think that unless the Senate passes the SAVE Act, then the next president can just reverse it, because it’s only an Executive Order.

Wrong.

Trump isn’t writing a new law.

It’s ALREADY unconstitutional for illegals, dead people and non citizens to vote in federal elections.

Trump will just be “declaring” through EXECUTIVE ORDER, that he is now enforcing the law ALREADY on the books and the Supreme Court will then “declare” that his EO is Constitutional.

Do you understand how important that is?

Any president trying to reverse Trump’s EO on the SAVE Act, will lose in court because their EO will be deemed “unconstitutional.”

There’s a huge difference between an Executive Order by a president, that is changing “policy, rules, regulations or initiatives” ……and an Executive Order by a president, that is enforcing and protecting the Constitutional rights of American citizens.

Midterms are ALREADY safe.

Power back to the people.

The enemy has actually walked right into a trap.

All of these Supreme Court rulings “upholding” Trump’s EO’s as Constitutional, makes it much harder for ANY future president or Congress to reverse them.

I don’t know who needs to hear this besides Dean Withers, but outlawing abortion is NOT comparable to the government forcing you to donate your blood, organs, or tissue to strangers or even friends and family.

Here are four reasons why:

First off, organ donation—while a miracle of modern medicine—is unnatural. The natural place for your organ is in your body—not mine. Pregnancy, on the other hand, is natural. The natural place for a fetus is her mother’s uterus. So you’re talking about natural vs. unnatural/manmade.

Secondly, more than likely you’re not responsible for anyone ever needing an organ to live. That relieves you of any vestige of obligation to donate organs. So it would be immoral for the government or any entity to force you to provide organs or blood. But barring assault, a mother is very much responsible for her offspring needing her uterus to live; she took an action that directly resulted in this. She bears responsibility and has a moral obligation.

Thirdly, there’s a big difference—morally and legally—between passively allowing someone to potentially die vs. actively killing him via abortion. You have the right to deny a kidney to a terminal patient who needs one. He may die if he doesn’t receive it elsewhere. But you don’t have a right to run that patient over in your car. Passive vs. active harm. Potential vs. assured destruction. Abortion is active assured destruction—fundamentally different from withholding care.

Finally, we legally and morally have obligations to our own offspring that we don’t have to strangers—even to other children. Everybody recognizes this post birth. I’d argue that obligation begins when you become a parent, which is when new life is created, which is at fertilization. By the time you find out you’re pregnant, you’ve already reproduced yourself; that is your offspring; you are a mother. Mothers (and fathers) have obligations to their kids that they don’t have to strangers.

And while we don’t force mothers and fathers to donate lifesaving blood and organs and bone marrow to their children, you’d be hard-pressed to find a sane and rational individual who would refuse to do that for their child, provided they were indeed a match.

And if you did find that parent, you’d call them despicable and unfit—because they refuse to sacrifice parts of their body to save the life of their own kid.

So not exactly the flex you think it is to compare that to abortion.

Totally false comparison. Reject it at all costs. Not allowing mothers to kill their babies is not akin to forcing you to donate body parts to strangers.
