Update: starting market cap is now fixed

We've changed how launches open. Custom starting market cap is removed.

Every token launched on Flap Machine now starts at a $3,000 market cap, and it applies to every pair - no matter which quote token you choose.

Why: a custom open price let launches start anywhere, so two tokens on the same quote could be priced completely differently at block one. Buyers had to do math before they could judge anything. Now every launch starts from the same line.

Nothing changes for tokens already launched.
