@MetroidFREAK21 Straight forward plan and I'm with you there.
Just going to get what I can physically across the next year and a half. And ready for enjoying what I've got for the long haul.
@LeonHartEX I don't have strong feelings on LR honestly. I think getting that Switch port physically was a good move. And kind of nice to work on getting the autographs too.
Really is a great game.
Can't say how many times I've happily opened up this box for another Persona 4 replay. The Vita fell out of support (thanks again Sony) pretty quickly, but Golden was so good.
But I liked the box design for Golden. Everyone in there. Marie tucked in the back even. Good times.
I don't usually ask for this, but this petition needs to be shared. We need to hit as much as possible. There is no option, we have to save physical games and ownership:

KEEP FIGHTING PEOPLE, NOW OR NEVER!
@AugustRaven I think having the SIU without a director and making it into a headless organization would have plenty of plot relevance.
Not every character has to interact directly with the main cast. He deserves as the face of the enemy, keeping Shido in the background and directs Sae's arc.
@TaroTheCerelean And Nintendo knows all that. Thus why their first party releases have been on the cartridge. They know key cards aren't a real solution or real physical media.
If they thought they were superior, they'd be using them all the time too.
@TaroTheCerelean Nintendo tried...and they failed. It's nice they try though.
The defense of game key cards is missing the point. Stubbing your toe is better than breaking your foot, but it's still an injury either way.
Key cards aren't physical games. They aren't solving anything.
@SkullZSkeleton People like that are incredible. People are upset over not getting physical games to play in the future. Why would they get rid of the system they bought to play those games on!?
@SpIinterCaI Probably some agreements they'd get in trouble over if they refused to print games any further for those ones.
They do want physical gaming to die so naturally they'd never even do limited runs of new games.
@GameXplain If there's any hope it's that Nintendo will probably keep this going for a while. Hopefully with less key cards. And more physical carts.
They'll be the physical option for people. All the more reason to pump out carts with better storage sizes for the future.
Will of course keep hoping that the unrelenting pressure on Sony changes things.
But selfish and greedy corporations can push through even the worst of decisions. So it's hard to say how things will play out.
I do hate how my mind just drifts to the negative at times.
Like figuring out which games I hope come out before 2028.
For better or worse it's not a huge list. Persona 6 obviously. I sadly can't imagine Stellar Blade 2 will. At this point down for Gundam Rogue Orbit 😅.
@Whitewvlf1 It's definitely wild. But also does feel like the only path forward. The keycard situation still makes it more hit and miss with Nintendo.
But with the current direction...even that's better than nothing.
@TheGameVerse May not be able to change where things are going. But at the very least people can control what they do and how they proceed.
So will keep building up my backlog, and get the games I can across the next year. No PS6 to ever buy means more I can budget for that.
@AndSpaceY It is hard to say that's for sure. Possible it's a 2028 release. But not showing much to keep the focus on P4R which comes out first is completely reasonable.
They'd have plenty of time to show a main trailer early in 2027 and build the hype up until late 2027.
