Pink water Lilly’s, the whole plant is medicinal.

But the flower, if picked within the first 2 days of blooming, is amazing for anxiety, depression, racing thoughts, insomnia and much more.

Finding pristine areas to harvest it from is the difficult part.

Pinesap - (Monotropa hypopitys)

This plant is considered endangered in many places and can not be commercially grown.

This is the first one I’ve seen, as it came up early this year. Sept & Oct are normally when I see them.

But, this is a powerhouse, like Reishi, Lions Mane or Cordyceps Militarus.

After 1 year of a deep soak, the jar almost looks ruined. (It’s not, we will make ink from this part now)

🚨Breaking: Major Ancient Maya city “El Yesal” has been FOUND.

It lies deep within the Balam Kú Biosphere Reserve (part of the broader Great Maya Forest) in southeastern Campeche.

The ceremonial heart is dominated by a Great Acropolis.
It supports four pyramidal bases; the tallest rises 27 meters above the platform surface.

In the lone onsite image released, If you squint, you can make out the shape through the forest.

LiDAR surveys had previously revealed extensive structures under the canopy.

Professor Ivan Šprajc along with INAH Have conducted field work, surveys & test pits.

Early results date the site to the Preclassic period, roughly 600 BCE

This is the infant stages of hopefully a full excavation.

Worthy of note this is the second site from a massive LiDAR dataset getting eyes & hands on attention, very exciting!
