And this isn't delayed reporting, I monitored the meter and saw it decrease while I wasn’t using.

This started happening about a week ago.

@thsottiaux Tibo, that’s not what happened in my case. I’m on Pro and used only ChatGPT on Mac and Web, regular Chat only, it consumed ~40% of my Codex limit. Support reviewed my logs/screenshots and confirmed this behavior doesn't match the usage rules. I spent two days without Codex access

@jrgarciadev Hi Junior, I supported HeroUI early by purchasing the Solo Lifetime Plan in January 2025. I genuinely believed “Lifetime Access” meant I was investing in the product long-term, not just a single major version. I hope you’ll reconsider how early supporters are treated. 🙁🙁

@hero_ui I bought the Solo Lifetime Plan in January 2025 because it was advertised as Lifetime Access. Now HeroUI Pro v3 isn’t included. “Lifetime” shouldn’t suddenly become “lifetime of v2.” Can you clarify why early supporters are being excluded from the new version?
