@FlaviaCacace Hi Flavia, Virgin Media have now updated their Service Status page to "Known issue... Fix estimate today at 6pm." You can also register for loss of service on there for compensation credit.
Wow twitter is full of people in the same boat and apparently there are no issues according to website. I’ve officially finished my rant for the day.

@FlaviaCacace@virginmedia If you live in the Kent/South East area ours isn't as fast as months ago. Even BBC One HD and other channels keep having coloured lines on them. Hopefully gets sorted very soon Flavia
@FlaviaCacace@virginmedia I totally agree! It’s been so glitchy these past couple of weeks. Trying to run virtual online classes is nearly impossible when there’s virtually no Internet service. Flavia is right. Sort it out!!
That says no issues but fault phone line says there are problems in south east my broadband speed tests have been all over the place this W/E usually get 200+ 20+ but not last 2days some are V slow not enough to stream my classes F

I don’t usually write tweets like this but trying to run an online business while relying on @virginmedia broadband is like doing a tango in flip flops. Speeds are all over the place impossible to stream anything never mind teach people to dance. Sorry it’s awful. Sort it out😈
