I'm going to embaress myself a little bit. The first picture is at my heaviest 270+lbs. the next two are now with me at 202lbs.

So did my walk today and went further than I have so far. I went 4.8 miles today. My legs are burning like crazy, but I feel good. Also my weight is now 204lbs. seems like I am staying between 203lbs and 205lbs, but that's a lot considering I was 258lbs a month ago.
