@piersmorgan Mine was horrific up until I tried "Pollenease" nasal spray. I was sceptical as I'm allergic to most nose sprays, but after 2 days I felt 100%better. Worth a try if you haven't already. In fairness I've suffered terribly since childhood, I just found it hit me sooner this year.
