#NewDeer Public Hall, #Alford Tullynessle and Forbes Hall, #Fraserburgh Dalrymple Hall and #Culter Village Hall and the local promoters who helped us put on the show. And most of all thanks to you the audiences who supported us.
Looking forward to seeing you all next year.
Fit like, folks? That’s the tour of Evie and Gosser’s Gala over. We had a great reception and very warm audiences and welcoming venues. Pity we had to give #Kemnay Village Hall a miss this year. But thanks to #Midmar Village Hall, #Stonehaven Town Hall, #Inverurie Acorn Centre

The cast features some familiar Fleeman faces, including Brian McDonald as well as newcomers to the company.
Details of performances are available now and tickets, priced £10 will be on sale online on TicketSource/fleeman-productions, and from local outlets, from mid May.
They are presenting a double bill of Evie, a play written by Charles Barron, and Gosser’s Gala, a short farce, based on Alan Ayckbourn’s Gosforth’s Fete, adapted into Doric by Sheila Reid.
Evie, featuring Yvonne Morton, who has appeared in several Fleeman shows, tells the story
of a true Aberdonian whose sharp wit and humour are shared with her cat, as she faces a huge change to her way of life. Gosser’s Gala is a laughter filled romp at the village gala day, where the weather and cub scouts get in the way of things running smoothly.
On to week 2 of the Seagulls tour...last week we had a live bat at Udny Green and on Saturday it was thunder and lightening at Tullynessle. What will this week bring Inverurie’s sold out on Sunday, so come along to Kemnay on Tuesday, then Fraserburgh, Tarland, New Deer or Culter.
Time’s running out…the tour is underway…Udny Green tonight (27th) then Stonehaven and Tullynessle. Next week Kemnay (2nd), Fraserburgh, Tarland, New Deer, Peterculter and Inverurie.
