HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

You missed 100% of the runs you never planned.

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

@runwithcuan @ComradesRace @2OceansMarathon @EliudKipchoge This is not a choice of the athlete. Poor athletes can’t plan properly. Feel sorry for him.

@KZNTRAILRUNNING @raidlight @Traillab @TrailMagSA @RUNNERsTALK Well done!

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

Hi, @Luciezelenkova I'm sad to hear about events this morning at UJ track. It's completely inappropriate for a large group to intimidate and swear at individual athletes sharing a track. Please promote appropriate track etiquette for the reputation of all runners and Trifactri.

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

@runwithcuan @MrsHattinghRuns @wesbotton @UltraAshworth Please Comrades hand those out like candy! That means nothing in terms of IAAF rules.

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

@runwithcuan @MrsHattinghRuns @wesbotton @UltraAshworth I don’t think prize money qualifies you as an IAAF elite . Anyone know what criteria they use?

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

@runwithcuan @MrsHattinghRuns @wesbotton @UltraAshworth I.e. any Russian can compete as neutrals or non -elites based on certain criteria.

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

@runwithcuan @MrsHattinghRuns @wesbotton @UltraAshworth No, technically the IAAF did not ban “Russia” only a list of “elite” Russian athletes. I’m not saying it’s right but Rule people like Norrie will use the technicality to justify the means.

[FLEET FEET @Fleetfeetrun]

@MrsHattinghRuns @CoachNorrie1 No what Norris is saying is that non elites Russians can cheat and compete because the IAAF rule allows it.
