-This is correlated with chronic headaches and neck pain.

-this can be the result of weak glutes/ hamstrings or greater Q angles

2. identify faulty movement pattens where there is painless dysfunction

In the body, certain muscles are prone to tightness and some are prone to weakness. Here is an example of the Upper Cross Syndrome.

-Weak: Deep Neck Flexors, Lower Trap & Serratus Anterior
-Tight: Pectorals, Upper Trap & Levator Scapula
