Thrilled to see our #HiddenHeroes campaign go live today!
Visit the pop-up studio at Waterloo station to see Sky Portrait Artists of the Year Wendy Barratt and Duncan Shoosmith immortalise our heroes on canvas. Semi-finalist Sara Reeves is on hand to help you have a go yourself.
@DeeAisha This does indeed look like a cuppa I would make...and then drink. Similar to an Earl Grey mix with a flash of skimmed milk but very rushed. Coffee is a different game though.

Our Shortcuts campaign with @networkrail & @BTP has been recognised yet again winning 'Best use of insight' @CTechAwards.
A real tribute to the early stages of campaign development, drawing out insights that drive real results - including a 23% reduction in trespass incidents.
We’re delighted to be finalists in 4 categories at @TheDrumAwards for Harrison’s Story.
Thanks to @BTP and @networkrail for trusting us with this important story, and best of luck to all the other agencies on the night.

Kurt Vonnegut:
"Stories have shapes which can be drawn on graph paper, and that the shape of a given society’s stories is at least as interesting as the shape of its pots or spearheads.”

@DeeAisha I agree, although as always it depends on the context. Friends and family + clearly urgent I respond asap. Customer service role at work = respond asap if only to acknowledge receipt. Everything else is when I can and is context acceptable...but this is probably the grey area.
@DeeAisha@VikkiRossWrites@shibhuwrites I agree Dee, I'm not sure this kind of tweet is very helpful. Storytelling can persuade and sell. These things sound good but its never that simply.
Our 'Shortcuts' You vs Train campaign for @networkrail continues on its march to win All The Awards - fingers crossed for this one. It was a pretty cool creative/media/tech mash-up to work on: https://t.co/nvv8s8CwiS
We all overthink things, worrying that we might make things worse, but our campaign video encourages people to trust their instincts - a simple conversation is all it could take to save someone’s life.
